Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Depending on the order size and destination, packages may be shipped using one of the following USPS services:

Estimated delivery times are based on USPS estimates and may vary depending on location.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the package has been shipped.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is delayed or appears lost:

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time we only ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes (unless supported by USPS service selected)
